Refund and Service Termination Policy
At Edge Broadband, we strive to provide excellent service. However, we understand that circumstances may require changes or cancellations. Please review our refund and service termination policies below:
For New Customers:
If you are not satisfied with your service within the first 30 days of use, you can cancel and receive a refund for your installation fee and all monthly charges.
For Existing Customers:
A 30-day notice is required to stop or adjust service for any reason. If you have prepaid for services, refunds will not be prorated for partial months. Refunds will be issued for any remaining unused full months. Grace periods may be granted at the discretion of Edge Broadband.
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued by check and may take up to 90 days to process.
